Rev. Robert L. Goodwin and his wife, Sherrill, have been a part of the ministry of Grace since 2007. They have 2 children, Daniela and Mya. The whole family feels blessed to be connected to such a wonderful congregation and school.

Before coming to Grace Pastor Rob was a business executive in New York City. He is now more excited and challenged than ever by being given the opportunity to serve God and His people here at Grace. Pastor Rob grew up as a non-churched, unbeliever in Minnesota and through many different experiences was lead by God to faith and later to serve in pastoral ministry.

Pastor Rob received his undergraduate degree at Hamline University in St. Paul, MN and later earned an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University. He graduated from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO with a Masters of Divinity degree.

Pastor Joel Howard joined the family at Grace in March of 2011. He has been married over 10 years to his wife, Delinah, and together they have six children: Megan, Melissa, Jessica, Rebekah, Hannah, and David. Pastor Howard is the son of Lutheran school teachers and has attended Lutheran schools through his education at Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, from which he graduated with his Master's of Divinity in 2005. He is currently working on his Doctorate of the Ministry degree at Trinity in Deerfield, Illinois. He is also a 2001 alumnus of Concordia University Wisconsin.

Pastor Howard previously served as the Campus Pastor and as the head of Theology at Sheboygan Lutheran High School. His first call was as the Assistant Pastor of Youth and Confirmation at Immanuel Lutheran in Belvidere, Illinois, where he previously served as Vicar. In his free time, Pastor Howard enjoys watching NCAA wrestling, reading, watching movies, and spending time with his family.

Pastor Aaron Kuehn became part of the ministry team of Grace in July 2011. As a former pastoral intern, he is thrilled to return to Grace and serve the Lord among His people! Pastor Aaron and his wife, Rachel, have two young

children - Johanna and Josiah. His wife and two kids are the greatest joy and blessing of his life.

With a deep-seeded passion for passion for preaching and teaching, Pastor Aaron is thrilled at the opportunity to help people grow in their love for the Lord and in their journey as disciples of Jesus Christ. After earning a BA in Psychology from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska, he went on to graduate with a Masters of Divinity in 2010 from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO. Presently Pastor Aaron is working on a Masters of Sacred

Theology in Old Testament studies. Growing up in Nebraska, Pastor Aaron is a die-hard Cornhusker fan, and also follows soccer, baseball, and football. He values getting to know people and enjoys the outdoors, classical music, and having a great cup of coffee or tea.

Rev. Warren A. Granke served as Senior Pastor of Grace from 1989 to 2010. For 21 years, Pastor Granke and his wife Sharon have been a shepherd to the people of Grace in many and various ways.

Since high school, Pastor Granke has felt called by the Lord to serve God’s people as a pastor. He enjoyed serving the individuals and staff at Grace. Pastor Granke describes his role as "serving as leader of the congregation and being pastor to all who are part of the flock." He looked forward to serving the Lord in such a way every day, and he looks forward to serving Grace in new ways as a retired pastor.

Marlene Anderson has been Deaconess at Grace Lutheran Church in Menomonee Falls, WI since 1992. Marlene graduated from Concordia College Milwaukee and Valparaiso University in Indiana with a major in theology. She received her Masters in Parish Education and Administration from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN.

Marlene leads various ministries at Grace, including Stephen Ministry and other care ministries, and coordinating Grace's volunteers. Her greatest passion, however, is teaching and learning God's Word together with women growing in their faith. If you are interested in what opportunities are available for women, Marlene is the one to talk to since she coordinates the various aspects of Women's Ministry at Grace.

Marlene's greatest joy comes from her family. She and her husband, Steve, live in Germantown, WI. They are blessed with four fantastic children, and four delightful grandchildren.

Bill Cahill uses his musical talent to serve as Grace’s Minister of Music. Both church and school ensembles are headed up by Mr. Cahill. Besides conducting, scheduling, and coordinating the music for these ensembles, he also plans and evaluates the music used in Grace’s worship services. Mr. Cahill started at Grace in January of 2008.

Barb Baas has served as our Executive Secretary here at Grace for over 25 years. Her roles and areas of service here at Grace are many. When you walk into the church office, Barb will be there with a smile to welcome you. Since she handles correspondence to the Pastoral and Church Staff, she would be the one to talk to if you would like to schedule an appointment with any of the church staff.

Barb also helps recruit volunteers for various projects around the church, as well as preparing reports and documents for different groups within Grace.

As the Administrative Assistant, Cheree helps assist the Executive Secretary with various tasks and projects. She also lays out the design and announcements for each week’s bulletins for worship.

Carol Bird has been a member of the Grace Lutheran staff since she began the Extended Care Program in 2001. She took on the position of Business Manager in August of 2010 and in addition to continuing to supervise the Extended Care Program Carol helps with stewardship of school and church finances, human resources and a variety of other management and planning activities.

Carol came to the United States from Europe in 1996, having met her husband Ken, a long time member of Grace, through work. They have 4 daughters, Katie, Melissa, Theresa and Rebecca, who all attended Grace Lutheran School. Both Carol and Ken are very involved as volunteers at Grace.

Prior to beginning her work with Grace Church and School, Carol worked for many years in Business management, Sales and Marketing throughout England, Europe and South Africa. She received her Business Management degrees from Universities in both England and Germany, majoring in Marketing.

As our Facilities Manager, Dan is responsible for all maintenance and repairs for both the Church & School. Dan also organizes/monitors volunteers who clean the buildings and researches and monitors all vendors/contractors.
