We're really not that different. The difference is in our people. We are a church that strives to be a biblical model of faithfulness to God and relevance to culture and compassion to people. We believe in the Truth of the Triune God, and both the depravity and beauty of humanity, and ultimately, the need for a Savior to reconcile humanity unto God. We believe that Jesus is our Savior. But 'Salvation' is not merely the goal; this beautiful reception of God's grace is a door to a lifestyle of Holy Living. We also believe that the Church is called to walk humbly, love mercy, and seek the lost through God’s Grace. We believe that this is what you will experience when you visit Grace. Anyone. Come and see. Just come as you are. We won't sell anything or be pushy. We don't want to make you feel uncomfortable but at the same time, we're not a church that caters everything around the "consumer oriented" mentality of our current culture. We believe that a church is a community (Acts 2:42-47) and this means that a community is a relationship. We sing, we listen, we share communion, we collect offering, and we hang out. Grace is not a church that focuses or targets a particular demographic. It is growing as a diverse community - economically, generationally, and ethnically. We've got engineers, students, parents, kids, programmers, artists, people looking for work, those who've gone to church regularly, those who've come back after many years and those who've never been to church before. Who comes? People just like you. We believe you will experience the God of love, and the love of our people. We appreciate people that visit us. Our heart is to welcome you in, and honor you for visiting with us. We do not believe in high pressure sales jobs to get you to come back. We hope that through your time with us you will experience the love of God and His people. We provide a variety of musical content and styles depending on the service style, liturgy and season. We have an talented musical director who can direct the full spiritual depth of traditional musical forms on our organ, while also providing modern, interpretive compositions using a variety of musical instruments for our contemporary services. That is a great question. They normally last one hour. That does not include any fellowship that goes on afterwards. We understand people are very busy, but we also understand, and greatly desire to spend time in worship, in the Word, in ministry, and in fellowship.
