It has been a joy and a privilege to teach music at Grace since 2013. Not only do I love teaching Grace students music, I appreciate the unique opportunity to teach and show students how they can use music to worship and serve their Savior, Jesus Christ.  Part of what we do in every class is to prepare music for chapel or weekend worship services. I teach general music for students starting in kindergarten, Beginning and Concert Band, and Handchimes. I also team teach Grace choirs with Bill Cahill.

I received my bachelor’s degree in composition and music theory from Michigan State University. I also have a master’s degree in theology and worship from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis and completed my LCMS DPM colloquy at Concordia University Irvine. My husband, Michael, is professor and chair of Life and Earth Sciences at Concordia University Wisconsin, and we have three children. Soli Deo Gloria
